Association results of the broad antisocial behavior GWA meta-analysis (Tielbeek et al., JAMA Psychiatry, 2017).

The meta-analysis across discovery cohorts was run for the pooled male-female GWAS results (N = 16 400), as well as separately for the sexes (8535 female individuals and 7772 male individuals), using a fixed-effects model with z scores weighted by sample size as implemented in the software METAL. SNPs with MAF<0.01 and INFO<0.6 are excluded.
All cohorts imputed their genotype data to the 1000 Genomes phase 1 version 3 (build 37, hg19) reference panel

Three summary statistics files are provided:
1) GWAS of sex-combined sample including 16 400 individuals 
2) GWAS of males including 7772 individuals
3) GWAS of females including 8535 individuals
